The Year-Over-Year dashboard was designed for organizations running seasonal or multi-event portfolios. Instead of static reports or one-off exports, organizers can compare metrics such as room nights, travel team volume, and reservations per team across events and seasons — all updated in real-time.

This level of visibility enables more informed decisions around pacing, forecasting, and business planning. It also leads to more strategic conversations between organizers and their account managers, strengthening planning and performance on both sides.

The tool tracks performance at both the event and organizational levels. By mapping booking trends across different timeframes — 30, 60, or 180 days — organizers can spot booking patterns, identify dips or accelerations, and proactively adjust their strategies.
