EventConnect, the leading technology and services platform powering youth sports tournaments across North America, today announced the appointment of Jay Goodfellow as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
In his new role, Goodfellow will oversee EventConnect’s technology strategy, platform architecture, security, and product scalability as the company continues its rapid growth and expansion across the youth sports ecosystem.
Goodfellow has been instrumental in building and evolving EventConnect’s core technology, helping the platform scale to support thousands of events, millions of room nights, and complex scheduling, travel, and data needs for families, organizers, and partners.

As CTO, Goodfellow will focus on advancing EventConnect’s platform capabilities, strengthening integrations across the travel, tournament, and partner ecosystem, and supporting new products that enhance the experience for families, organizers, and host communities.
